About the Job
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department/office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage and maintain office records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and calls)
- Prepare and process administrative documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining office calendars
- Support inventory tracking and office supply management
- Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
