About the Job

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department/office.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Manage and maintain office records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and calls)
Prepare and process administrative documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining office calendars
Support inventory tracking and office supply management
Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
